Lean Six Sigma

Both Lean and Six Sigma have proven results in their respective areas. When the two are combined, they represent a powerful set of tools that can help organizations eliminate waste and defects in processes, plus reduce process variations that drain resources.

Many BEC members have already embarked on acquiring the knowledge and skills of both. Now, the BEC is pleased to announce it is offering a series of Lean Six Sigma offerings that combine the best of each methodology.

Manufacturing

Operational Lean Sigma 2+2: In this 2+2 training model, the first two weeks are a combination of Black Belt and Green Belt Instruction with the final two weeks consisting of Black Belt instruction.

Healthcare

Lean Sigma for Healthcare: Executive Overview: A one-day workshop that introduces healthcare leaders and managers to the benefits of Lean Six Sigma and provides them with guidelines for implementing it.

Lean Sigma for Healthcare: A four-week program for those who will plan, lead, and executive Lean Sigma programs in healthcare settings.
