The BEC provides professional coaching to assist executive teams in developing
a tailored plan for world-class performance improvement that focuses the right
resources on the right work, executed at the right time in order to optimize
results.
Professional coaching assists CEOs with an unbiased view on leadership challenges
with the many facets of business and organizational issues that exist in today's
global environment. So whether it is a one-time assessment or on-going, coaching
is available to the CEO and/or executive team on a confidential basis. We currently
provide coaching for the engineering, manufacturing & technology, health
care, construction, business & service and
the information technology industries.

Executive Team Member and or Team Coaching for the entire Executive Team
BEC Coaching Process
The BEC coaches have developed these key phases to help organizations maximize their results

Rapid Assessment (1/2 day)
The coach conducts a high level assessment, which will benchmark your organization against world class standards.

Executive Team Transformation Planning
(2 to 3 days typical, this process may include the development of an Implementation plan for smaller organizations)
The coach facilitates this event for the executive leadership team to focus on high impact deployment strategies that align critical resources with critical success factors.

Development of an Implementation plan (2 days typical)
The coach provides assessments of the member's current condition from the standpoint of the three operating requirements necessary for long-term implementation success. In addition, an implementation matrix will be created to include planned activities and training events
Typical BEC Coaching Experience:
- Business experience at an executive level in multiple industries
- Leading at least two successful implementations
- Facilitation of executive groups
- Project management
- Conflict resolution
- Diverse industry-professional level experience (R&D, operations, manufacturing, etc)
- Union and non-union environments
- Multicultural environments
- In depth knowledge of business improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of typical regulatory requirements in industry: OSHA/ISO/FDA/DOE/DOD/UL/CSA etc.
- Organizational development training
- Research experience - Ability to evaluate what is and is not working and identify opportunities for system, product, service and delivery improvement.
