OverviewThe BEC is offering a one-day session examining the importance of competitive analysis. Participants will explore, who the competition is, understand their product offerings, their marketing and sales strategies, who their customers are and why. Participants will be taught the skills to step out of their role as employee, step into the role of a customer and examine alternatives from the customer's point of view. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the importance of customer objectivity and when to do the analysis. Competitive Assessment Content Includes:
