Communication and Liability Management

Overview

The BEC is offering a one-day session that focuses on Internal, Inter-company and Field Communications. The participants learn skills to maintain knowledge and logistics information flow while preserving sustainable competitive advantage when working with Vendors, and Partner Companies. The essential aspects of Product Liability Management, how to evaluate and manage customer surveys and test feedback will also be explored. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of protocol in all aspects of communications covering a multitude of scenarios.

• The use of the tools available to help analyze the above
