Overview

The BEC is offering a one-day session that examines the essential aspects of competitive analysis from both a pure market perspective and functional equivalency perspective. Different methods of generating new products such as brand label or joint ventures will be examined along with planning and decision management relative to costs, market requirements, share and sales interface management. Tools for planning and executing these methods and evaluations will be provided to the participants, enabling them to support their interface with the project group, and to enhance their contributions to a program in a timely and cohesive manner.
