This session focuses on three areas:
Experiences: Participants will be provided a list of 10 reasons why implementations fail and will discuss the role leadership plays in an implementation.
Measurements: Participants will discuss the performance measurements that drive world class performance activities throughout an organization and will identify their key performance measurements.
Planning: Participants will develop a communication plan for their organization.
This course includes:
- Why become a world class enterprise?
- The results other organizations have obtained by using Lean
- Why top management is essential
- A discussion about the 10 reasons why implementations fail
- World class performance measurements
- Understand the measurements that are the focus of world class organizations
- Determine the measurements that your organization will use to help your organization achieve world class performance
- Identify the individuals in your organization that need to agree on these measurements
- Developing an organizational communication plan
- Determine how the organizational measurements will be communicated to the entire organization on a consistent basis
- Determine how the entire organization will be introduced to world class performance
- Develop a plan that will determine who, what, when, where, why and how actions will be taken to achieve the desired business results while developing a world class culture
