This 3 to 5 day hands-on Inventory kanban event is a proven way to implement this world class tool in any organization. A designated team, facilitated by an experienced lean expert, properly implements kanbans by using a 15 step Kaizen process. Proper Kanban systems will simultaneously minimize inventory, while providing a materials management process that all employees can interpret and understand at a glance. While this event is focused on obtaining results, it also provides an excellent environment for participants to learn from an expert about kanbans and other world class tools.
