Those individuals seeking Lean Master Facilitator certification must successfully facilitate a team through a Kaizen event while being evaluated. This validates the candidates successful application of the desired skill set as observed and documented by a Lean expert. The facilitators will be evaluated on the following criteria throughout the Kaizen process.

The event facilitator will facilitate more than one team where the person being evaluated is involved with all teams being run.

Prerequisites

All courses in the Lean Lead Certificate.

Upon successful completion:

The candidate will earn their lean Master Facilitator Certification while at the same time successfully making gains for their organization.
