Gives you all of the essentials of identifying, preparing, and delivering the most powerful of Lean tools ever: the Kaizen!
MSOE's Business Excellence Consortium (BEC) offers the new Lean Kaizen Leader program that will inspire and enable you and your organization to successfully launch high-powered Kaizen activities that have changed so many world-class organizations.
This program includes three weeks of intense Lean Kaizen facilitator preparation plus two week-long Kaizen events at BEC partner facilities. During the first week of Kaizen, you will watch and learn from a Lean Sensei. Then, during the second Kaizen week, you will facilitate your own Kaizen event while being mentored by a Lean Sensei.
The course concludes with a facilitator review of each Kaizen event, key lessons learned, and a high-focused Train-the-Trainer session that will leave you capable of leading world-class Kaizen events and training additional Lean Kaizen Leaders in your organization. The Lean Kaizen Leader program is built around proven instructional and experiential materials developed by Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc.

“…when you are sitting in the classroom all the content seems unclear, then, when you are on a kaizen, everything makes sense. This program is going to make our company rise to the top. When I saw the response from all the teammates today with the kaizens, I actually got goose bumps!!!!!!”
Lean Leader
“Not only did you take an extremely difficult subject matter and put real improvements in place that other groups were not able to do, but you also helped to put on a top notch presentation to boot. GREAT, GREAT JOB!!!”
