This one-day, hands-on workshop on the deployment of Lean in the Office shows you how to apply Lean thinking that has been so successful in manufacturing environments to your own office to improve productivity, quality, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. It gives you training in Lean tools as they apply to the office, with exercises in tool deployment. It is suggested that you come to the class with an office project in mind so you can begin planning deployment as you learn Lean concepts and tools.

How to identify office inefficiency and improvement projects, along with their benefits
How to write a project charter and create current and future state value stream maps
How to deploy specific Lean tools to your office environment
How to use Lean problem-solving tools to your advantage
