Business Excellence ConsortiumLean Office Deployment Leader© Certificate
This four-and-one-half-day workshop applies the Lean thinking and methods that have proven successful in manufacturing to office and transactional processes to improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This practical approach to Lean uses training materials specifically designed for office and transactional applications. The workshop is interactive and participants create a current and future state value stream map based on a realistic business case. After learning how to create the maps in class, the team will execute a real Lean Kaizen event at a participating firm. Participants will get direct practice with lean tools that will make a difference in their business. It is suggested that you come to the class with a Lean Kaizen of your own in mind so that you can begin planning deployment as you learn. The workshop provides participants with a Lean approach that they will be able to deploy immediately. Worshop Content
