About the instructor

Rick Allen, in addition to a Ph.D. in Public Health, has led performance improvement programs in healthcare organizations at a corporate level and in 2001 began successfully integrating the methods and principles of Lean and Six Sigma. Dr. Allen currently is the Healthcare Program Manager for Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and has a Six Sigma Black Belt.
