This course provides assessors with skills enabling them to gather and use information to assess the effectiveness of an audited system. This course offers instruction, discussion, company case studies and presentations. It is designed to facilitate understanding and participation in all activities covered and to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills in assessment techniques, including communication skills, to carry out quality management system audits. Assessment and certification bodies are now taking a closer look at how companies train their employees particularly for managing quality and carrying out internal audits. During this 5 day course, instructors carry out a continuous assessment of each delegate's participation. Course Highlights ISO 9002:2000
