About the Instructor

Steve Fleming, PE, has 24 years in GE Medical Systems - technical management which includes software and hardware development management, program management - CT Imaging, manufacturing operations and quality, information technology systems, global integration to include: Japan, China, France and Spain as well as technical marketing. His Six Sigma experience includes: 12 years of experience and was one of the first Master Black Belts at GE, certified Black Belt/ Master Black Belt, Design for Six Sigma instructor (DFSS Deployment Awards). He has had eight very successful business start ups, six personal projects completed, hundreds of projects mentored and over $150 million in savings.
