Knowledge management involves getting the right information to the right place in time to do the task at hand. For organizations interested in improving or streamlining processes, knowledge management techniques can be effective.
MSOE's Business Excellence Consortium is joining the Knowledge Network of Wisconsin (KNOW) to offer BEC members an opportunity to learn more about Knowledge Management practices through a free luncheon presentation on Monday, July 28, at WE Energies.

KNOW is an informal group of representatives from local organizations who have an interest in, or are engaged in, implementing knowledge management techniques.
The July 28th event will feature several presentations from WE Energies' personnel. These include:
"E-Strategies initiatives" - Lars Larsen, Senior Project Specialist E-Business and Bill Stock, Business Process Analyst
"E-Initiatives in Training" - Jennifer Morrison, Supervisor Electric Operations Training
