In advance of the launch of new Lean programs, Lean Kaizen Leader©, Lean Leader®, and Lean Associate, the BEC wants its members to have the opportunity to learn more about these in-depth, experiential approaches to Lean training.

Lean Kaizen Leader involves three weeks of classroom instruction along with two weeks of Kaizen events held at BEC member plant sites. Lean Leader builds on this to provide additional training and experience with implementation planning and execution. Together, they prepare an individual to be the leader of Lean initiatives within an organization. This individual will set priorities for Lean activities, undertake implmentation planning and execution, connect Lean initiatives with business goals, and define the organization's overall Lean strategy. Lean Associate provides a basic understanding of Lean tools and how they are applied.

By attending this seminar, you will have a clear understanding of the benefit of Lean Leader as a means to achieving demonstratable results.
