Introduction to Lean Six Sigma

You have probably heard the terms "Lean" and "Six Sigma." Companies large and small are using these methods and tools to reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction. Lean and Six Sigma have now been combined into a holistic approach that can help you improve any process in your business. The BEC is offering a two-hour session explaining why the combination of Lean and Six Sigma is so powerful. About the Instructor

Lowry Manson, PhD., has 23 years experience in GE businesses - Plastics, Medical, Aerospace, and Lighting - as an Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, and Program Manager. While at GE, he worked in 16 different countries - managing projects and cross-functional teams. His Six Sigma experience includes: 12 years of experience and was one of the first Master Black Belts at GE, certified Black Belt/Master Black Belt, and Design for Six Sigma instructor. Since co-founding SigMax Solutions in 2000, he has taught and mentored projects in 12 different countries and in a broad range of businesses.
