Can the same increases in productivity and cost savings that Lean has delivered in manufacturing be realized in office and transactional operations?

Yes!

Attend the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Business Excellence Consortium's two-hour seminar and learn how Lean practices can significantly reduce waste in office and transaction processes. Waste that results in lowered productivity and profits.

During this seminar, you will learn how to recognize inefficiency in office operations and transactions. You will learn about the Lean tools and how they can be used to diagnose and eliminate the inefficiencies and waste. The seminar will address assessing how much improvement is possible and coming up with a approach to making the improvements.
