This half-day seminar explores the characteristics of world class organizations, the benefits of becoming a world class organization and how the tools of Lean and Six Sigma can be used in unison to help organizations achieve their desired business results. Participants will gain an appreciation for both of these powerful business methodologies while at the same time benchmark their organization against world class characteristics.

Course content:

Participants will review what is meant by "world-class"
Discuss the types of gains that should be expected by implementing a world-class culture within your organization
Discuss how each methodology compliments the organizations desired outcome
Identify the best place to use the tools of each methodology to achieve the desired organizational outcomes
