The rapid commoditization of markets, products, and organizational selling processes has put undue pricing pressure on almost every company. The perception that any profitable sales dollar is a good sales dollar has proven to be effective in the short term but has failed as a long term strategy. In order to maintain profit margins and fight the commoditization forces, successful organizations have mastered three processes:
- Developing a defendable strategic position in their market(s)
- Creating an organization uniquely designed to deliver on that strategic position
- Devising a sales and marketing process that will attract and land customers who will pay you for delivering on your strategic position
This session is focused on helping you create a process that will help you identify your strategic position, create a deployment plan for organizational transformation, and revamp your sales and marketing processes which will be successful with your new strategic position.
