Business Excellence Consortium

Special Interest Group (SIG)/Tour Events

World-class organizations understand that their learning never ends. They are constantly looking for ways to improve and embrace the need to better themselves on a continuous basis. SIGs give participants the opportunity to learn from other practitioners as well as a BEC coach. Attendees have the opportunity to discuss application techniques and learn how others have achieved results from the application of continuous improvement techniques.

By attending a SIG event, you will:

  • Gain valuable insight into how other organizations are using improvement techniques
  • Become a part of a network of practitioners that shares your improvement commitment
  • Be challenged to think of things different and to continue to learn

"I was very impressed on the overall organization, team work and involvement displayed by everyone. Also how easily accessible all tools and needs were in each work station."
