Implementation Planning

A plan helps to get the entire organization headed in the same direction, set the time table for specific activities, align resources and define critical metrics to measure success. The plan also serves as the road map to measure progress of the overall implementation.

The implementation planning includes:

• An assessment of the organization from the standpoint of the three operating requirements necessary for long-term implementation success:

• Employee Empowerment
• Customer Satisfaction Through the Elimination of waste
• The organization is scored and compared to a World Class Enterprise
• The development of an activities and training matrix

Upon completion of the BEC's Implementation Planning Session, you will be able to:

• Manage the resources required for implementation
• How to keep implementation on track, and expand into continuous improvement
• How to use the plan to communicate performance results to the entire organization
