Implementation

The BEC provides seasoned experts to help organizations with the execution of their implementation plan through the facilitation of events and/or projects related to the entire value chain of the enterprise. We currently provide implementation support for the engineering, manufacturing & technology, health care, construction, business & service and the information technology industries.

Organizations that have defined their desired future state often times realize the challenge of that journey and decide to seek outside help to assist them. While we believe this outside support will help to accelerate their implementation effort, we also believe that it provides a great opportunity for participants to learn how to implement these world class enterprise techniques. We believe it is through this learning process that organization's can achieve their ultimate goal of developing a workforce that knows how to compete globally not only today but in the future as well. The implementation process includes:

• Defining how the implementation activity aligns with the implementation plan
• Understanding the desired outcome of the implementation activity (how it will be measured) and it's impact on the value stream
• The selection of the event/project team
• The facilitation of the actual implementation activity
• The oversight of implementation follow-up activities
