Why leadership?

Leadership has become such an overused term and has been written about by so many different people professing leadership methods that are often contradictory, most people and organizations tune out once the topic is raised.

MSOE’s Business Excellence Consortium brings a new focus to this by offering a suite of one-day seminars that focus on the practical aspect of leadership, not just theoretical approaches. These are hands-on sessions for senior managers and executives, enabling them to engage with one another.
