Preparing your employees for Lean!
The BEC offers a two and a half day Lean Certificate Program. This certificate is designed to provide a minimum understanding of the Lean methodology to help create a culture that is poised for a world-class journey. Participants will understand the need to change, the key role they play in their organization, the importance of a team approach and gain an overview understanding of the Lean tools.
