Lean Champion Certificates

The BEC is offering a five- to seven- day program designed to help the leadership of an organization understand and lead a vibrant, healthy, competitive, world-class organization that optimizes people, processes and resources to succeed and compete. Each activity is scheduled independently to fit best into the executive team’s schedule. The activities help the team learn while establishing the foundation for a Lean initiative.
