Lean Lead Certificates

The BEC offers a Lean Lead certificate for those individuals responsible for applying Lean in their departments, work center and/or value stream. After completing the Lean Tool Kit Certificate, which provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the Lean tools, participants learn how to successfully apply the Lean tools through a team-centered leadership style. Participants examine the traditional approach to leadership while discovering the leadership skills required in a world class organization. Managers and supervisors learn about the critical role they play in implementing major change and/or maintaining sustained world class performance.
