Lean Master Facilitator Certifications
The BEC offers Lean Master Facilitator Certification for those individuals who are responsible for leading an organization-wide Lean implementation. After completing the Lean Tool Kit Certificate, which provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the Lean tools, participants learn how to successfully apply the Lean tools through a team-centered leadership style by completing the Lean Lead Certificate.
The Lean Master Facilitator Certification process allows participants, through coaching and instruction, to learn how to consistently execute Lean improvement activities that align with the strategic intent of their organization. Participants develop their organization’s Lean implementation plan while mastering the skills necessary to create a team-centered environment that unleashes the organization’s untapped collective energy. Having an internal person with the Lean knowledge and the facilitation skill set positions the organization to achieve levels of world class performance which will result in a positive impact on the organization’s bottom line.
