Lean Kaizen Events: A designated team, facilitated by an experienced lean expert, uses a documented 15 step Kaizen process deploying the lean tools to achieve results. While these events are focused on obtaining results, they provide an excellent environment for participants to learn from an expert about applying the lean tools. This allows the participants to gain valuable hands on experience and confidence for facilitating or participating in future improvement events such as but not limited to:
