Training CoursesLean Lead Facilitator© CertificateThis three-week course provides the individual with the knowledge and skills to lead Lean teams and initiatives within their organization. Using a modular design, it enables individuals and organizations to select those areas that best fit their needs or to complete the entire certificate. Lean Kaizen Leader© CertificateThis three-week course, plus two Kaizens, provides the training and hands-on experience for the individual who will be leading Lean Kaizen teams. It effectively mixes classroom knowledge and skills development with actual Kaizen events, both as a participant and as a leader. It prepares the individual to successfully select and lead Lean Kaizen teams while aligning these projects with key business goals. Lean Leader® CertificateThis one-week course builds on the Lean Kaizen Leader training to prepare the individual to not only lead Lean teams, but to conduct Lean implementation planning and design. It shows the individual how to identify Lean opportunities and establish high-level milestones that help in building a business, or ROI, case for a Lean project. In addition, to earn a certificate, participants must complete two Kaizen events, which will be reviewed by a Lean Master. Lean Office Deployment Leader©A practical approach to Lean that uses training materials specifically designed for office and transactional applications. The workshop is interactive and participants create a current and future state value stream map based on a realistic business case.
