Kent A. Keeney ASQ-CQA, RAB QS-LA
Kent has worked in the quality profession since 1974. Author of The ISO 9001:2000 Auditor's Companion and The Audit Kit. The ISO 9000 Auditor's Companion and The Audit Kit (ASQ Quality Press 1995) #1 Best Seller and recipient of 2 Golden Quill Awards. Author and trainer of various courses including ISO 9001, QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14000 Introduction, Documentation Internal Auditor, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Mistake Proofing, Continuous Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Effective Facilitation. Serves as a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Technical Committee (TC) designated TC176. Has worked extensively with major agencies and registrars: Underwriter's Laboratories, Canadian Standards Association, Canadian Gas Association. Kent has served on numerous national product safety committees and working groups sponsored by AGA, ARI, CSA, GAMA, and NEMA

Greg has over twenty years of practical experience in quality control and manufacturing methods process improvements as an Engineering Professional. Responsibilities include design and implementation of quality control systems and supervision of quality assurance technicians. Experienced and knowledgeable in CPI, SPC, TQM, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO/TS 16949, QS-9000, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plans and various other quality programs including internal and supplier audits.
