ISO 9001:2000 – Internal Auditor

The BEC is offering a one-day session in ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditing. Participants learn to facilitate the continual improvement of the quality management system through an effective internal audit process. This session is for any employee involved in the audit process and anyone interested in improving both technical and interpersonal audit skills.

• Process approach audit strategy and the role of checklists
• Quality management concepts, definitions and guidelines
• Reporting audit results
