The BEC is offering a one-day session in ISO/TS 16949:2002 Internal Auditing. Participants learn to facilitate and continually improve the quality management system through an effective internal audit process. This session is for any employee involved in the audit process and anyone interested in improving both technical and interpersonal audit skills. A general understanding of the clauses of ISO/TS 16949:2002 is recommended.

Content:

Auditing core tools, such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, & SPC
Case studies and group exercises
Interpersonal skills for auditors
Process approach audit strategy and the role of checklists
Understanding ISO/TS16949:2002 and audit management
Using audit tools to add consistency and order to the audit process
Writing value-added user friendly nonconformities

Upon completion, you will be able to:
