The BEC is offering a one-day session in Understanding and Implementing ISO/TS 16949:2002. This session addresses the intent of ISO/TS 16949:2002 requirements. Concentration is placed on customer satisfaction, practical application, links to core tools and case studies. This session is for anyone involved in the documentation and/or audit processes. Participants gain a general understanding of the clauses of ISO/TS 16949:2002, particularly those clauses most frequently misinterpreted.
