The BEC is offering a one-day session in Understanding and Implementing ISO 9001:2000. This session addresses intent of ISO 9001:2000 requirements. Concentration is on customer satisfaction, practical application and case studies. This session is for anyone involved in the documentation and/or audit processes. Participants gain a general understanding of the clauses of ISO 9001:2000, particularly those clauses most frequently misinterpreted.
