Safety Training Opportunities

Through member feedback and requests, the BEC staff has identified and continues to identify areas where companies have training needs. The BEC is committed to addressing these training needs with high-quality, cost-effective programs. The BEC offers training for all members of an organization, from shop floor personnel to CEOs. Safety Champion Certificate (Top Management)
In this session Top Managers review the findings from the Safety Needs Analysis and identify the opportunities available to their organization and determine the actions that will be taken to develop a culture of zero tolerance for accidents and injuries 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Safety Leader Certificate (Middle Management and Frontline Supervisors)
The leaders in the organization learn how to create and develop a culture of zero tolerance for accidents and injuries 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Safety Associate Certificate (All associates) This program is designed to create a mindset where everyone takes ownership for their own safety and everyone around them in the workplace and at home.
