Through member feedback and requests, the BEC staff has identified and continues to identify areas where companies have training needs. The BEC is committed to addressing these training needs with high-quality, cost-effective programs. The BEC offers training for all members of an organization, from shop floor personnel to CEOs. Implementing a World-Class Safety Culture
This one-day workshop will show you how to create and implement a mindset in your organization that all incidents are preventable, all employees must continuously work toward injury prevention, and, most importantly, that everyone is accountable for safety. It will show you how to educate people to understand injury costs and their impact, and how to get them on board the safety culture train.

World-Class Safety Culture Certificate
This five-part, 18-hour course provides middle managers, front-line supervisors, and small business owners with the tools necessary to develop and maintain a world-class safety culture.
