Jack Perko

Jack has extensive experience in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes. He worked as both a manufacturing engineer and in operations and engineering management. Perko provides practical solutions to complex process problems using discrete event simulation modeling.

His models cover a broad spectrum of objectives and provide insight relative throughput, resource utilization, task prioritization, line design, target inventory levels and material handling needs. Hands-on implementation experiences include automated and conventional assembly, job shop machining, film and paper converting, gray iron casting, medical clean room processing and thermoset plastic processing.
