Steve Fleming, PE

Steve has 24 years in GE Medical Systems - technical management which includes software and hardware development management, program management - CT Imaging, manufacturing operations and quality, information technology systems, global integration to include: Japan, China, France and Spain as well as technical marketing. His Six Sigma experience includes: 9 years of experience and was one of the first Master Black Belts at GE, certified Black Belt/ Master Black Belt, Design for Six Sigma instructor (DFSS Deployment Awards). He has had six very successful business start ups, six personal projects completed, hundreds of projects mentored and over $90 million in savings.

Lowry Manson, PhD

Lowry has 23 years in GE in four different businesses - Plastics, Aerospace, Medical and Lighting which included roles as manager, diamond manufacturing engineering, manager of X-Ray tube materials and processes, plant manager - X-ray tube targets, manager, neutron generator engineering Pinellas Plant of NWC, program manager - Ultrsound imaging and manager, electrical and mechanical engineering. His Six Sigma experience includes: 9 years of experience and was one of the first Master Black Belts at GE, certified Black Belt, Master Black Belt, and Design for Six Sigma instructor. He has led four successful start-ups personally completed 5 projects, coached hundreds of projects and saved over $50 million in annualized benefits.
